Can I use HDMI cable to record from TV to computer?

I have a TV with a built-in VCR, but it has only RCA outputs. I have another TV with every output under the sun. Can I feed the VCR signal from TV #1 to TV #2 and then out to my computer via HDMI? I want to convert VHS family movies to DVD. Also, will I need a special program on my computer? Any help is appreciated.

    No. Those HDMI connections on your TV are inputs, not outputs.

    you need a video capture card in your computer
