I question the legality of Graboid. It is not legal if users post or stream content they receive. Hulu is legal because the content there comes directly from the studios and networks.
A TV tuner card and antenna is very legal.
Another legal way is to have a Slingbox installed at "Home", and watch the TV received there on your computer.

You can either buy a TV card (WinTV is good) or use an online service such as Hulu.
