Hey i want to record footage from my Xbox360 onto my PC, my capture card doesn’t work anymore so i need a new way. I wanted to know if there is a program that will record using this setup, or if this setup is even possible for recording, thanks!

What are you planning to plug that vga cable into, on the PC? Your vid card?
There are, or have been, some vid cards that can take video input. You probably don’t have one though. You need another capture card.
