I am looking for a PC TV tuner that can show both analog and digital signals?
I am looking for a multisystem version
For Digital: DVB,DMB,ISDB,ATSC
For Analog:NTSC,PAL,SECAM
and it can record in HD.
I live in the Philippines and they are under testing for Digital TV and I am curious what system are they using.

hvr-1600 does analog and digital… as well as clear QAM…
