June 23rd, 2010 Posted in TV On PC FAQ

Whenever I turn on the heat in my house, where heat comes out of an electric heater, The TV gets static, visual and audio static. And the PC speakers get a constant static as well, this only happens when the heat turns on. Why does this happen, and is there any fix?

The heater is not portable. Its attached to the wall, but gets plugged in.

  1. Gordon Says:

A portable heater? With a blower fan? Then it is the cheap motor in the heater. Get a heater with a brush less motor.
