What settings are best for my Computer / TV Screen?

My TV / Computer screen is an E-motion 15" LCD Receiver, Model No. : EMO C15/1NG

Its Brightness and Contrast Both go up to 100.
Red Green and Blue all go up to 255

I dont know what setting should be to get the best quality out of the screen for my computer.
My Graphic’s Card is a – NVIDIA GeForce 6200

    Go to an LCD test page, or images, to calibrate the monitor.

    You can google the model number and visit some techy sites…they may have settings for your card & monitor. Keep in mind that the settings depend on the card, connection, etc. so they may vary.
