when i plug my pc to my tv screen thru a vga cable the screen has a purple tint, how can i fix this?

vizio tv, dell pc, ive tried adjustin the red greens and blues on the pc but it doesnt help

    It seems that your cable is damaged. Try to move it right and left and if your screen colors changes then the problem is definitely in the cable.
